| Smiling Laughing Crying Shouting Together Connecting and taking space Sharing openly Taking time to get to know yourself even more Sunshine Volcanoes in the horizon Sea on the other side Turquoise water in the pool Little lizards Hot seats Hot faces Telling truth even when scared Asking for what you want Being willing to receive (hug, care, attention) Parents showing up – sadness and anger, experiences of not being seen also grief gratefulness Naked. Real. Beautiful. Being humans together. Perfect in our imperfection. ❤️ This is what comes to me right now when I am thinking of the 8-day Intensive here in Lanzarote which finished on Sunday. I am grateful and find it difficult to describe all that happened during the nine calendar days we spent together. It was a whole journey of coming together, fighting, loving, witnessing and going apart with those fellow travellers in our hearts (and most likely some plans to talk honestly to some loved ones).
